SalaryClifton Hill Dermatology is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our highly respected and long-established dermatology clinic, on a part-time basis.
Regular working hours are 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Duties & responsibilities:
- Meeting & greeting our patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Billing
- Utilising Genie medical software in our paperless office
- Fast and accurate audiotyping & transcription
- General office admin support
Requirements & Attributes
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Medical Receptionist or Secretary in a dermatology clinic or other specialist clinic is preferable
- Previous experience with multi-provider rooms is preferable
- Audiotyping & transcription skills (preferably 60wpm)
- Genie software experience is advantageous
- Knowledge/experience with ‘socials’ and digital advertising advantageous
- Ability to engage positively and respectfully with all patients
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task, an eye for detail and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, problem solver
