Myhealth South Eveleigh is looking for 1 Full TimeMedical Receptionist to help manage the front desk and provide an exceptional customer service to our patients.
Primary responsibilities will be:
Provide excellent customer service to doctors and patients
• Work and perform tasks according to established routines, methods and procedures required for the day to day operation of the clinic;
• In collaboration with the reception team ensure that the all task on the daily checklist are completed and take responsibility for the accurate completion of task assigned by the practice manager
• Adhere to policies and procedures regarding clinical results and patient recalls
• Able to triage patients requiring urgent care and deal with emergencies in accordance to set procedures
• Perform general housekeeping and tidying
• Maintains strict compliance with confidentiality policy
• Perform other tasks and duties as provided by Practice Manager and Practice Principal
