Qualifications & Experience:
- Work experience in GP clinic
- Booking appointments/Billing of patients (Private Billing and Bulk Billing)
- Good level of computer skills with Experience in using.
- Best Practice Software
- Tyro
- HICAPS
- Health Engine/ Other Booking system
- Excel/ Word
- Collecting and processing payments, cash handling and reconciliation
- Positive, enthusiastic and a genuine love of working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
- The ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to fill in when staff away on holidays or sick leave and at short notice
