Pandanus Medical Practice is an established and busy General Practice located within the suburbs of Capalaba. We provide a high level of medical and allied health care to our community in a comfortable environment. Our energetic team consists of doctors, allied health, nurses, receptionists, and other medical professionals. Qualifications & Experience but not limited to:
- Flexible timing.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Good multitasking skills and proactive in a busy work environment
- COVID-19 vaccination before starting the position
- Previous experience in medical reception is preferable but not essential
- Good computer skills
- Certificate III – Health Service Assistance will be preferable
- Knowledge of Best Practice software applications is preferable but not essential
Tasks & Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and respectful manner
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Record bookings accurately
- Manage patient billings
- Maintaining general tidiness of the clinic including reception areas, consult rooms
- Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other staff members.
- Comply with the privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures
