We have two vacancies currently, a full-time position in Nuclear Medicine, and full/part time positions in general medical reception.

- Demonstrated Radiology administration experience essential
- Have empathy for our patients
- Love working in a high performing team
- Are motivated to work across a fixed roster Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work the occasional weekends
- Have an appetite to learn new things
- Are great with your time management
- Advanced computer skills
- Can provide excellent customer service
- Get along with people, put our patients first; and

We will provide you with the training to do the rest.
What a day looks like?
- Registering patients and processing relevant paperwork on arrival.
- Answering telephone promptly and responding to all enquiries.
- Scheduling of appointments using our state-of-the-art systems.
- Determine and inform our patients of correct preparation requirements prior to their arrival.
- Manage and prepare appointments to maximise efficiencies for the clinic.
- Quote fees and Medicare rebates to patients.
- Process all Private, Medicare, DVA and third-party insurance claims.
