About this role

We are seeking customer-focused and dedicated Medical Receptionists to work across our Albury Base Hospital and Ramsay Place clinics. We are a close-knit team, searching for staff to join our I-MED community. Full-time and part-time permanent positions will be considered, covering Monday to Friday shifts between 7am to 10pm along with one weekend every six weeks.
What will you be doing?
· Be the first point of contact for patients at reception
· Make appointments for multiple modalities (e.g., x-ray, MRI, ultrasound)
· Providing excellent customer service and patient care
· Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues, and managers
Our Ideal Candidate
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Customer service Experience
· Experience in reception and administration is preferred, however not essential as comprehensive training is provided
. Flexible working autonomously and in a team environment
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
