As our business is rapidly growing, we are currently looking for a permanent part-time Administration Assistant.
Newcastle Skin Check has clinics located in Charlestown, Belmont and Toronto. We operate with 9 doctors, and pride ourselves on excellence in patient care and a high quality service.
About the Role
The role will see you work across all 3 Clinics between the hours of 7:30am and 6:30pm with approximate 8 hour days.
The suitable candidate would be able to work either a morning, mid or afternoon shift. The hours worked may be negotiated upon employment, and you will be required to travel between the three clinics. The role entails but is not limited to:
- Greeting and attending to patients on Reception and answering calls
- Booking appointments and maintaining daily billing and invoicing
- Entering patient data
- Providing professional and positive customer experiences
Above all, a hard working, team player will be valued the highest.
Falling under the 'Health Professional and Support Services Award', we pay well above the award wage. Pay point will vary on level of experience.
Essential Criteria
- Being a team player is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- High level attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Ability to work varied hours, within the scope of the practice
- Personal transportation as you will be required to travel between the 3 clinic sites
- Ability to learn new software
- Ability to work in a team environment and individually without direct supervision
Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge of Genie software would be beneficial
- Previous medical administration experience would be beneficial
- Confidence with Mac computers
