SalaryMedical Receptionist required for a busy multi-specialist practice located at the Mater Campus in South Brisbane.
The successful applicant will have outstanding organisational skills and the ability to work well within a team in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Due to expansion within the office we are seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team on either a part-time (4 days a week) or full-time basis. The role is ideally suited to someone with a 'can do' attitude, and a willingness to learn new things in a fun and supportive, but busy team environment.
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Answering incoming calls
- Email and fax management
- Scheduling clinic appointments
- Management of patient clinics both in the rooms and off-site clinics (virtually)
- Processing patient accounts including DVA, WorkCover, 3rd Party etc
- Typing of clinical letters and medicolegal reports
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a busy environment whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience as a Medical Receptionist/Secretary
- Medical Software experience (Genie preferred)
- Dictaphone experience
- Ability to prioritise workload and ensure the reception area runs smoothly
