Tasks & Responsibilities: As our Medical Receptionist and Client Support Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of our clients' therapy journey.
From managing appointments to providing compassionate support before and after therapy sessions, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. Your knack for client care and your ability to handle administrative duties with ease will keep our practice running smoothly. Plus, with opportunities for direct client interaction and ongoing learning, you'll gain invaluable experience in a supportive environment.
Specifics:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Face to face and over the phone interactions with a focus on professionalism, warmth and care.
- Intake and assessment calls, matching of client and therapist fit.
- Medical reception, administrative duties and general office duties are also required. These may include and not limited to answering phones, emailing, booking and managing appointments, taking payments, processing medicare rebates, document handling, file management, running reports and so forth.
- Direct communication with psychologists/dietitians and ability to manage multiple requests throughout the day.
- General housekeeping, such as cleaning, maintaining and tidying the therapy rooms throughout the day, setting up and closing the practice each day, maintaining and refilling stock and shopping duties.
