SalaryWe are looking for an Medical Receptionist who is passionate about working in the health industry. Previous administration experience is essential. Previous medical reception experience is preferable but not essential.HICAPS and medical practice software experience is also preferable.
The successful applicant must be well presented, have sound computer skills and the ability to multi-task in a busy clinical environment. We need someone who is up-beat and an excellent and clear communicator who can quickly build rapport with clients. They will be required to greet clients, book appointments and bill regularly throughout their shift. The applicant must add to the excellent experience we aim to offer every client who attends our clinic.
It is desirable that the applicant is available to work a minimum of 3 afternoon and evening shifts mid week (finishing at 7pm). Some morning shifts (mid week and Saturday mornings) may also be available.
The role will be on a part-time basis, approximately 25-30 hours per week with an immediate start, with potential for Full-time hours if requested. There will be some need for flexibility in covering other staff when they are on leave. We also have another clinic in Harrisdale where additional hours of work are available should someone be interested in working more.
