About the business

Wodonga Specialist Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (WSOG) is a private practice, servicing women in need of specialist antenatal and gynaecological care in the Albury / Wodonga and surrounding areas.

We are seeking an experienced specialist Medical Receptionist to work part-time (4 days per week).  The successful applicant will enjoy working in a friendly, caring workplace and excellent conditions.  

About the role

Duties will include:

• General reception duties - welcoming/processing patients
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments
• Accounts receivable
• Managing telephone enquiries
• Supporting doctors
• Theatre bookings
• Patient information data entry

Skills and experience

• Previous medical reception experience 
• Previous experience with Genie medical software
• A friendly, professional, patient and courteous manner
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
• Strong multi tasking capabilities
• Flexibility with work hours
