Medical One Sydenham is currently seeking a friendly and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our busy and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a keen interest in the medical field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent front-line customer service to our patients, both in person and over the phone. You will be responsible for managing appointments, handling patient enquiries, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking-in patients
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Answering patient enquiries in person, over the phone, or via email
- Collecting patient payments
- Accurately maintaining patient records
- Assisting doctors and nurses as required
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- Outstanding communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a Medical Receptionist role (preferred, but not essential)
- Experience with ZedMed (preferred, but not essential)
The Hours
Monday - 1.45pm - 8.15pm
Tuesday - 7.45am - 2.00pm
Wednesday - 7.45am - 2.00pm
Every 2nd Saturday - 1.00pm - 6.15pm
