SalaryFull-time Medical Receptionist required for a specialist orthopaedic surgeon in St Leonards with occasional travel to a secondary location at Moore Park.
Previous experience in medical reception/customer service in a face-to-face and telephone environment is preferred for this role, training will be provided.
The successful candidate would need to be a fast learner/fast worker and provide an outstanding level of customer service to the clinics patients and doctor with a high attention to detail.
The role involves meeting and greeting patients, answering phone calls, making/changing appointments (Gentu software), invoicing and receipting, filing, and all reception duties along with assisting the doctor and Practice Manager in additional tasks.
A high level of care and confidentiality will be required.
