About the Role: This is a permanent part-time role with 32-36 hrs available and offers a dynamic opportunity within this leading healthcare group. The ideal candidate will:
- Warmly welcome and check in patients with professionalism and friendliness.
- Manage patient appointments to ensure a smooth office flow.
- Handle patient care plans, including appointments and financials.
- Participate in patient education initiatives.
- Maintain office stock and supplies.
- Prepare examination rooms for patient visits.
- Liaise with the support team for patient care.
- Build relationships with other healthcare providers.
Hours: Permanent Part-Time: Mon - Thu (32-36hrs)

- Long Weekend: Enjoy a 3.5 day weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun and also Mon morning), allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

- Above Award Pay: Above award pay rates are provided, recognising the value you bring to the team. Rates are negotiable once your training has been completed too
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare office setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a team.
- Customer Service background will be highly desirable
