Form of workOur skin cancer clinics have four locations. We are primarily looking for a candidate(s) to work in our Northcote or St Kilda practices.
The position involves the administrative duties in line with the usual aspects of medical reception. Among those are: meeting and greeting patients, answering phone calls, making bookings, taking payments and so on. As part of the job, keeping the premises clean is important. Therefore, in the beginning and at the end of the day light cleaning and rubbish removal is necessary. Some general assistance to the medical practitioners is also involved.
We are looking for a candidate with good communication skills and pleasant phone manners and generally client oriented attitude.
The software used is Medical Director/Pracsoft.
We have shifts available Monday-Saturday. Permanent Part Time only.
