AddressWe are a busy specialist practice in Eastwood seeking a permanent part-time Medical Secretary (20 hours p/w Mon 9am to 3pm, Thurs 9am to 3pm, Fri 9am to 5pm.
Key Duties:
Welcoming patients and responding to enquiries.
Answering phone calls in a professional manner.
Booking and confirming appointments.
Faxing and scanning documents.
Invoicing and billing patients.
Dictaphone typing
Essential:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Computer literacy
Punctual and reliable.
Mature and detail focused.
Ability to work as part of a team, but also independently.
Flexibility to cover other secretaries when sick or on leave.
Fast and accurate digital Dictaphone typing skills (80wpm+).
Desirable:
Knowledge of Genie software would be highly regarded.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
