Where you'll be working:
- This role works within a small, supportive team dedicated to coordinating patient appointments with the Specialist Doctors.
- With a proven ability of fast and accurate typing you will provide expert secretarial support to Specialist Doctors.
- As part of your role, you will be responsible for:
- Making and rescheduling appointments
- Obtaining information from the patients' GP
- Typing the letters from the Specialist Doctor
- On-the-job training will be provided for all required systems.
- Excellent organisation skills, excellent customer service and confidentiality.
- Good computer knowledge, knowledge of medical terminology and ability to type.
- Four weeks annual leave (pro-rata for part-time employees)
- Superannuation contributions 11%
- Opportunity to work and collaborate with a range of non-clinical and clinical professionals.
