About the Role
As a Member Support Officer - Deceased Estates, you will be assisting management and employees by providing the highest standard of administrative processing support and guidance of deceased Members and their estates to ensure effective and efficient finalisations. This position supports the broader Member Support team and has specialist knowledge in a range of areas.
This position is a full-time position based on a minimum 38 hour working week. The successful applicant will be able to work from the Cairns, Townsville or Brisbane administration office.
About You
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to adapt positively to change
Relevant certificate, diploma or degree (desired)
Experience dealing with Deceased Estates and banking systems (desired)
