Leading Project Management and Cost Consultancy looking for a Senior Estimator to work on heavy infrastructure and energy projects.
This is a permanent opportunity working in Sydney CDB. Our client offers property and construction advisory services including planning, cost, risk advisory, project management and dispute resolution.
Our client have been established for over 60 years and have offices worldwide, they take on projects both in the public and private sector.
Due to a recent project win, our client seeks a Senior MEP Estimator to work as part of a National Team. Ideally you will come from a Quantity Surveying or Estimation background and have worked across mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic projects. You will be delivering and leading cost consulting and MEP management services.
Duties of the Senior MEP Estimator Role include

• Preparation of cost plans and estimates
• Progress payments
• Contract administration both pre and post contact
• Project management and budget control
• Client relationship management

To be considered or this role ideally you will have the experience below

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction or Civil Engineering or similar
• 10 years QS experience ideally on heavy civil engineering, infrastructure or energy projects
• Experience across planning, development, cost management, cost planning or estimating experience across civil infrastructure projects
• CostX or Cubit experience or similar
• Record keeping and reporting
