Your responsibilities will include:
- in-house and on-site test programs, pioneering new methodologies
- deep into metallurgical testing and analysis, uncovering insights that drive progress
- metallurgical testing and analysis
- Process Engineering teams during on-site commissioning
- pilot plant equipment installations at customer sites
- continuous improvement initiatives, constantly raising the bar for excellence

About You
You're not just a Metallurgist – you're a visionary, a problem-solver, and a leader. You bring:
- Degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or similar field
- 2 years of experience in the mining industry as a Metallurgist
- in froth flotation and gold leaching processes preferred
- analytical and problem-solving skills
- knowledge of laboratory equipment for sample preparation and metallurgical testing
- in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, AutoCAD
- in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- with strong leadership abilities
- to work in Australia and a valid driver's license
