About You

Do you live and breathe Azure? Cloud solutions your jam? We need YOU! Our team is searching for a passionate IT Support Specialist to champion Microsoft cloud technologies and empower our users to embrace their full potential.

What you will do in the role

• Become a cloud concierge: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Azure services, including Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, and more.
• Be a first-line hero: Provide exceptional support to end users via phone, email, and in person, guiding them through cloud-based challenges.
• Unleash your inner detective: Leverage your analytical prowess to pinpoint root causes of complex cloud issues and craft effective solutions.
• Configuration maestro: Seamlessly implement and manage Azure subscriptions, user accounts, and security settings.
• Knowledge is power: Share your wisdom by documenting resolutions and actively participating in knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Constantly evolve your expertise through Microsoft certifications and ongoing training in the ever-changing cloud landscape.
• Teamwork makes the dream work: Collaborate with colleagues to tackle intricate problems and ensure seamless cloud adoption across the organization.
• Advocate for a cloud-first culture: Be a positive influence, guiding and supporting users as they navigate the exciting world of Microsoft cloud solutions.

What you will need to succeed in the role

• Azure aficionado: Minimum 1 year of experience supporting Microsoft Azure services.
• Cloud fluency: Deep understanding of Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, and other core Azure technologies.
• Strong problem-solving muscles: Ability to think critically and creatively to untangle cloud complexities.
• Communication champion: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Team player with a solo spirit: Comfortable working independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
• Customer service superstar: Committed to providing exceptional, user-centric support.
• Microsoft Azure certifications highly preferred.
