You will work in the Secretariat team and provide high quality governance support to the Management Leadership Team (MLT) and its sub-committees, promoting good governance and compliance. We deliver high quality governance advice and support and build deep and trusting relationships across senior levels of the firm, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results.
Use the know-how you've gained in governance, company secretarial or legal and work closely with the broader secretariat team to support the Management Leadership Team. With new problems to solve, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to create change. We work from anywhere and so your strong written and oral communication skills will get a workout. As a key member of the Secretariat team, you’ll make a real impact in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled.
With experience in company secretarial or corporate governance roles, and 8+ years experience more broadly, you’ll lead a team solving problems by being highly professional, proactive, solutions-focussed and efficient. In our Secretariat team, you’ll:
ensure best practice, efficient management and execution of the governance obligations of the MLT and its sub-committees;
manage the program of work for the MLT sub-committees in conjunction with the Chairs of the sub-committees;
prepare for and attend at MLT sub-committee meetings, prepare of minutes of meeting, manage actions arising;
collaborate with client facing and internal businesses to provide guidance and support the achievement of business goals, including arranging necessary MLT approvals;
work closely with others in the Secretariat team to facilitate high functioning relationships with the Governance Board;
respond effectively and with agility to urgent issues that inevitably arise
Drive process improvements to improve the level of service and create better efficiencies for the partnership and Secretariat team
