Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and mobilisation process for employees.
- Assist in managing the Mobilisation Team effectively.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels within a dynamic environment.
- Handle rostering changes efficiently, ensuring effective communication.
- Manage high volumes of workforce mobilisation within tight deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate information and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance through effective reporting.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in rostering/crewing, rapid crews software, or site administration within the resources sector is preferred.
- Ability to identify suitable employees for trade-based opportunities in shutdown environments.
- Strong time management skills and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
