The Opportunity
Reporting to Mobilisation Coordinator, this position requires an experienced Mobilisation coordinator, or strong administrator, to support the Operations team. The primary purpose of the role is to provide a safe and efficient mobilisation process, which includes elements of rostering, site and client requests, certification, accommodation and more.
Key responsibilities
- Efficient mobilisation coordination which includes rostering, flights, and accommodation for employees.
- Ensure all tickets, qualifications and site inductions for employees meet company and site requirements.
- Update and maintain employee documentation in internal company systems.
- Book training, inductions or VOC’s required for employees to successfully mobilise to site.
- Handle rostering changes efficiently, ensuring effective communication.
- Manage high volumes of workforce mobilisation within tight deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate information and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance through effective reporting.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
- Excellent personal organisation, and impeccable attention to detail;
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with open and effective communication;
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to change, striving to deliver excellence and the ability to meet timeframes;
- 2 years' experience in a similar role preferably in the construction or resources sector
- Experience with FMG, Rio Tinto and BHP mobilisation process is advantageous
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Full Australian Working Rights
