The Role
We are currently in search of a highly organised Mobilisation Coordinator based at our head office in Perth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our projects, with responsibilities including:
- Mobilisation of staff to sites for Tier 1 Mining Companies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and managing client programs such as Enable, Workflow, Damstra, INX, and Success Factors.
- Efficiently arranging flights and accommodation for personnel.
- Coordinating labor requests and confirmations to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Serving as a liaison between on-site staff and management, meticulously documenting and addressing process issues.
- Facilitating smooth entry and exit procedures for personnel, prioritising adherence to site protocols and safety regulations.
- Overseeing the onboarding process for both new employees and clients, providing comprehensive support including paperwork, training, and orientation.
- Managing uniform orders to ensure all staff members are appropriately attired for work.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Proven experience in a similar autonomous role, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
- Demonstrated expertise in site mobilisation compliance and processes.
- While not essential, familiarity with WA mining operations is advantageous.
- Proficiency in booking flights and accommodations, coupled with accurate data entry skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of meeting multiple deadlines with precision.
- A professional demeanor and a commitment to providing friendly, customer-focused service.
Working Hours
The successful candidate will be expected to adhere to a standard 38hr working week. Business operating hours are from 07:00 - 17:00
