GT Mining Solutions, a Goldfields based Mining Services company, are looking to hire a Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to join the team. There is opportunity for remote work, as well as office based.
With an already strong administration and HR and team, you will be joining as Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator, where you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment new candidates and assisting in the mobilisation process.
KEY ROLES
Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment process (advertising, interviewing, qualifying, selection).
- Organise fully screened candidates into an easy system for management to select from.
- Build our growing labour pool with a range of candidates to suit multiple roles.
- Coordinate onboarding with the HR department to obtain all necessary information as quickly as possible.
Mobilisation:
- Coordinate the mobilisation of staff daily with extreme diligence.
- Control the paperwork required for each mobilisation (medicals, D&A, police clearances etc.).
- Liase with clients to meet their individual requirements as fast as possible.
- Organise staff inductions, site access and logistics.
- Carefully select appropriate candidates to suit site specific needs.
- Provide assistance to our staff when necessary.
- Attempt to exceed all expectations from client representatives.
Demobilisation:
- Ensure all staff are aware of the demobilisation plan prior to the date.
- Receive and qualify feedback from supervision, staff and clients to develop a better understanding of where we can make improvements.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- Ideally you would have experience in a role similar, or experience in a coordination role surrounding mining in Western Australia. This is not essential, however, would be beneficial to the candidate.
- Highly organised, with a methodical approach to work.
- Ability to work well under pressure when necessary.
- Strong written skills, with attention to detail on all communications a must.
- Strong verbal communication, with the ability to talk to both clients and candidates over the phone.
- The willingness to learn and upskill, with full support from the business.
