THE NITTY GRITTY
- Experience in a Mobilisation Administrator or Coordinator position in the mining industry.
- Previous experience mobilising candidates to BHP sites.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication (pun intended) and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset – one of your key strengths will be able to see the big picture and how to navigate the inevitable challenges.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by arranging pre-employment medicals, training, and induction requirements.
- Ensure compliance with site specifications by maintaining qualification and training records.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements throughout the mobilisation process.
- Keep relevant stakeholders updated on candidate progress and commencement dates.
- WA driver’s licence.
- Current National Police Clearance.
This is a permanent full-time position working in the office Monday to Friday.
