We are looking for a Mobilisation Coordinator / Services Administrator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of the site mobilisation process, to ensure employees and shutdown personnel gain access to Sites adhering to the Client and Company Policies and Procedures.
- Organise medicals, flights and book site inductions using client specific software requirements.
- Check all qualifications and ensure all pre-mobilisation requirements are met prior to personnel mobilise to site.
- Arrange site related training as required.
- Liaison and coordination with Labour Hire providers for shutdown manning requirements.
- Assist in the development and updating of a training database for all blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
- Maintain a database of blue collar personnel and maintain up to date records of sites worked and utilisation.
- Liaise with clients and Services team for manning requirements.
- Prepare and maintain all personnel records and statistics for each site, including site manning, Indigenous manning, and entry of daily workforce hours onto client system.
- Raise with HR any employee relations matters.
- If requested allocate resources for various shutdowns and act as a point of contact for the Services Team.
- Maintain confidentiality in regards to documentation and communication.
- Providing administration support to the team including facility coordination, reception, timesheet entry and purchase orders.
Any other task as identified and instructed by the line manager.
Experience in similar role desired.
