Tidal Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven, dynamic, and self-motivated Mobilisation Administrator to join our expanding team in our Canning Vale office. This role will suit someone who has been involved in Mobilisation for the shutdown mining industry.
Key requirements and responsibilities:
- Ability to execute all recruitment administration functions - reference checking, booking and reviewing medical results, qualification verification, saving and renaming and drawing up employment contracts.
- Experience with various site mobilisations and managing competing priorities with mobilisation
- Experience with recruitment software.
- An ability to problem solve and communicate effectively and influence at all levels.
- An ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters appropriately and resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Strong administration experience with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Exceptionally good time management, organisational and coordinating ability.
- The successful candidate will need to be flexible and adaptable as this is an extremely fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
Essential skills and experience for this role include:
- 3+ years Mobilisation experience
- Experience in a similar position within the Mining Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
