Position: Mortgage Broker (Leads Provided)
We are on the lookout for motivated individuals with experience in finance or property to join our well-established and reputable group.
1. Mortgage Brokers: If you’re an existing Mortgage Broker looking to expand your portfolio and be part of an experienced team, this opportunity is for you.
2. Bankers: Those with previous banking or finance experience in sales or property, and holding a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking (a must), are encouraged to apply.

About the Role:
- Manage and grow your existing portfolio (database) with leads provided.
- Work with an established agency in East Melbourne backed by a reputable brand.
- Focus on building customer relationships and converting leads into deals.
- Engage in sales-focused activities, including client meetings and lead management.
- Maintain high energy levels, enthusiasm, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Hybrid/flexible work option (WFH)
