Responsibilities
- Build client relationships to assist with their overall lending needs, oversee each transaction from application to settlement
- Develop ongoing and quality client relationships
- In conjunction with clients accountants, proactively work with clients to understand financial objectives and help implementing plans to realise these objectives
- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines and high expectations in a pressurised environment
- Cultivate referral partnerships with accountants, financial planners, real estate agents via a robust business development strategy
- Attend various company marketing events to source new client relationships
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in mortgage broking or lending industry
- Experience in processes for residential lending across a range of lenders / broking model preferred
- Ability to read financials, structure loans and determine servicing
- Ability to generate new business
