Responsibilities

• Build client relationships to assist with their overall lending needs, oversee each transaction from application to settlement
• Develop ongoing and quality client relationships
• In conjunction with clients accountants, proactively work with clients to understand financial objectives and help implementing plans to realise these objectives
• Ability to deliver to tight deadlines and high expectations in a pressurised environment
• Cultivate referral partnerships with accountants, financial planners, real estate agents via a robust business development strategy
• Attend various company marketing events to source new client relationships

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in mortgage broking or lending industry
• Experience in processes for residential lending across a range of lenders / broking model preferred
• Ability to read financials, structure loans and determine servicing
• Ability to generate new business
