AddressMelbourne BMW is recruiting for a Motorrad Service Advisor to support customers with their Motorrad aftersales needs. This is a front-line customer facing role within the Melbourne BMW service team located at Kings Way.
In this role you will:
- Report to the Service Manager;
- Be the main point of contact for Motorrad customers throughout their service;
- Welcome customers into the service department on the day of their service;
- Explain service options and processes;
- Complete relevant paperwork;
- Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete the necessary repairs;
- Order parts where applicable;
- Prepare repair orders and invoices;
- Update customer database as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 1-year previous experience in a Service Advisor position;
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills;
- Strong IT skills and the ability work with multiple programs;
- ERA, ERAnet experience preferred;
- Confidence dealing with customers;
- The ability to work and support a busy, hardworking team;
- The ability to prioritise and seek assistance where necessary;
- A current, valid driver's licence.
