We are a national importer/distributor of international haircare brands supplying the professional, online and retail markets for over 47 years.
We are looking for an experienced National Account Executive to manage and grow our brands across multiple channels. This role is for a sales executive hungry for results, ready to take ownership and drive sales.
Our National Account Executive will manage the relationship between Dateline and a portfolio of retailers including online. The core component of this role is to achieve growth and market share. You will understand your retailers’ objectives and build strong relationships to maximise sales within these channels.
The role:
Reporting to the Directors, key responsibilities of this role include:
- Manage a portfolio of key National Accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key account managers to achieve sales & growth.
- Liaise with planners to drive sales performance through marketing, promotions, and online activity.
- Drive promotional activities and identify new opportunities.
- Quarterly KPI’s will be incentivised.
Skills & Competencies:
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in sales, preferably in the Hair & Beauty category.
- Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of the drivers of sales performance.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to build strong relationships
- Dynamic Influencing & negotiating skills.
- Focusing on customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.
- Taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion.
- Working independently on complex assignments and proposing improvements.
Some travel may be required.
