Our Ambius team are the people responsible for the impressive Green Walls in hotel lobbies, the clusters of plant designs in shopping centres, the dense Palette of Plants in major offices. We have an exciting position available for an experienced National Account Manager to join our vibrant, passionate, fast paced team in Ambius Division. If you are self-motivated and have outstanding people & communication skills and a high level of drive, then we'd love to hear from you.
In this role you will be based out of Sydney or Melbourne, managing an assigned customer base across our Ambius division. Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales quotas, retention and revenue targets whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders within the business services industry.
Your role will include (but not be limited to):
- Managing the sales activities, personnel, and customer satisfaction efforts of the commercial indirect sales channel
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plan to achieve corporate goals
- Gather and analyze sales data to identify trends and attract prospective strategic customers
- Network with key customers, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships, and negotiating and closing deals
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients' requirements are met and ensure consistency across sites and meet division KPI's and service levels
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing to set and implement strategies for new and existing customers
- Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and propose new ways to increase sales
- Reviewing Architectural Plans to calculate quantity of plants needed for Projects
- Overseeing Projects from Concept Design through to PC
- Minimum of 2 years NAM experience working within a service industry
- Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, Business Development and Key Account Management
- Outstanding verbal, and written communication and administrative skills
- Understanding of direct selling culture with High-level commercial and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet targets and KPI's
- Experience working with FM's, Architects and Building Companies advantageous
