Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are currently seeking a vibrant National Account Manager to join our Sales team at the national level based in Oakleigh South on a full-time basis.
About the role:
Reporting to the General Manager of National Accounts, you will be responsible for promoting the Company's products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts.
- Day-to-day operational management of our new National Account including inventory management, service requirements, and reporting.
- Develop new business and penetrate existing National accounts.
- Identify opportunities and generate leads.
- Assist customer queries about products, prices, availability, and product uses.
- Review and analyse weekly and monthly reports (call cycles heat maps, sales/gross profit margin data, and account profitability).
- Preparing tenders.
- Perform administrative duties such as preparing monthly reports, sales proposals, quotes, and applications and maintaining call logs and sales records.
All about you:
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
- Prior FMCG and Food Service experience will be highly regarded.
- Have the ability to prioritise tasks and offer great customer service.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be efficient with computers including Microsoft Suite.
- Must possess a valid Australian drivers licence.
- Great team player with customer centric approach.
- Must possess an unending drive to excel in Sales and building relationships.
