We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager to help take our X-Series, GFX and FUJINON brands to the next level by challenging the status quo to achieve revenue and gross margin targets for our Electronics Imaging (EI) division. This role is for a sales powerhouse, hungry for results and ready to lead, reporting to the National Business Manager - Retail and with a leadership responsibility of managing a direct report. We are seeking a proactive and driven individual who is passionate about building relationships, driving sales, and leading with initiative - if this sounds like you, and you want to join a dynamic team that’s kicking goals; then this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of some of our key National Accounts.
  • Directly manage and nurture relationships with our national customer base.
  • Grow market share through strategic growth initiatives. joint business plans, critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure optimal brand exposure and revenue growth.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and strategic recommendations to maximise margins.
  • Drive promotional activities and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
  • Implement strategic account plans on time and within budget.

Selection Criteria:

  • Degree or certificate with sales/marketing bias (Desirable).
  • Proven sales/account management experience in B2C space; consumer electronics, consumer goods, FMCG or liquor
  • High degree of business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Experience dealing with major national retailers and e-commerce accounts.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
