About the Role
As the National Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational success of Aizer Insurance Builders. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of service delivery across the board. Reporting directly to the General Manager, and in close collaboration with the Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic business plans to drive growth and market leadership.
- Cultivating strong relationships with key clients in the insurance industry, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Overseeing operational efficiency and working in tandem with the Construction Manager to ensure projects are delivered to our high standards.
- Leading financial planning and management to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
- Championing a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
About You
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business management within the building, construction, or insurance sectors. You are a natural leader, capable of inspiring a team and driving business success through strategic vision and operational excellence.
Key requirements include:
- Extensive experience in a senior management role, with a deep understanding of the building and insurance rectification industry.
- Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills, with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities.
- Strong financial acumen, adept at budgeting, financial planning, and profitability analysis.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
