About the role?
We have an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable / Credit Controller officer to join our finance team based in Mascot, Sydney. Reporting to a highly experienced and supporting Accounts Receivable Manager, this role entails driving the cash collection process by way of, monitoring, developing, and assisting in the collection of debt.
This package includes:
- $75,000 Base + 11.5% Super (negotiable on base depending upon experience)
- 5% Annual Bonus

Key responsibilities include:
- Debt monitoring, reporting and collection and ensuring all debt is collected on time
- Maintain and reconcile the debtor ledger and produce debtor reports
- Allocating and receipting of customer payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Updating information for customer accounts
- Chasing debts over 60 days for 2 separate ledgers
- Produce Dunning letters as required
- Liaising with key internal stakeholders to resolve queries and issues
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience as an Accounts Receivable / Collections Officer
- Experience managing a large ledger
- High attention to detail and the ability to work with accuracy
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, with a proactive approach to customers
- Advance skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Previous experience using High Radius, SAP or a similar ERP system
