Makmur National Account Foodservice Manager
Grow sales revenue and develop key relationships across the Foodservice and Independent Channels. To assist in the development and implementation of agreed Marketing Plans. Meet current business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Work within the sales team and support the greater business for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
- To promote sales in the Foodservice Industry
- To achieve sales quantity and value (gross and net) targets for food service, and independent market operations in Victoria and nationwide
- To carry out business conversation with business owners and decision makers
- To maintain a close and ongoing relationship with the Company’s customers and distributors
- To develop and co-ordinate market support and promotional plans directly or in conjunction with the customers or distributors
- Plan and co-ordinate in-store demonstrations, promotional campaigns, food fairs
2. To support and ensure all Sales Administration is completed
- To ensure product availability with the distributors
- To support maintain marketing and promotional costs within budget guidelines
- To support maintain sales statistics and records and prepare detailed analysis
- Follow-up for collection of payment
3. To support Foodservice New Product Development endeavours
- Identifying new product and market opportunities with the Team, customers and brokers
- Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities.

- Food trends and new opportunities
4. Customer Complaints/Feedback - in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Manager, review the register of complainants and ensure they are investigated and formally responded to.Report any HACCP Food Safety implications to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
5. This position participates in and confers with the other staff members concerning:
- Product Development Team
- Product design and specifications
