Due to growth and expansion, they are now looking for a National Foodservice Manager to drive, execute and further develop the overall growth strategy for Australia.

In this newly created role, the National Foodservice Manager will further develop, implement and execute the sales strategy. Driving an aggressive growth plan, they will execute and achieve set growth and share targets across the food service channel.
Reporting to the Group COO, they will develop and manage all promotional, volume and strategic business plans, utilising their current relationships to achieve results.
Leading a National Foodservice team of 6, they will have an exceptional ‘hands on’ approach, building internal and external relationships and understanding the foodservice channel.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will ‘lead from the front’ and ensure ‘first class’ customer service, continuing to set the bar high and differentiate from their competitors. They will further develop and strengthen the relationships across the Foodservice channel, in order to maximise growth.
In addition, they will:
- Demonstrate strong current relationships and extensive knowledge across the foodservice network
- Strong people management, coaching and influencing experience
- Have sound experience in managing key third party distributors and Foodservice providers
- Significant experience coordinating with and between key internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in taking high-performing teams to the next level
- Self-motivated and resilient
- Commercially sound with strong analytical skills
- Tertiary qualified (advantageous)
