About the Role:
The role is aimed to develop and execute e-commerce and traditional national programs with all Foodservice wholesalers nationally to grow the Ferrero business.
Main Responsibilities:
Execute the Ferrero Foodservice vision and gain the maximum reach to end operators across all wholesalers nationally
Build strong relationships across the network to ensure solid business deliverables and develop pull through strategies
Understand customer strategies and develops a business plan combining the Ferrero commercial objectives with specific client strategies for growth
Build and maintain strong partnerships and relationships with all key stakeholders, internal and external
Hold responsibility for sales performance of wholesalers and assigned costs vs budgets, report performance against sales forecasts
Review opportunities and challenges on a quarterly basis and develop business plans for all national wholesalers
Ensure the correct budget management, monitor and manage the ROI. Manage the trade spend and claims.
Monitor proper application of commercial guidelines defined during the planning process as well as brand guidelines
Develop and build trade marketing with our wholesalers through: catalogues, online (website ordering system), marketing campaigns and contribute to their social media accounts
Develop premiums for wholesaler incentives, competitions and giveaways, account ranging and display
Propose additional promotional opportunities with wholesalers. Undertake a full promotional analysis while understanding the long term effect
Monitor client's performance, highlighting the main gaps and causes. Design and implement solutions to specific performance issue (new initiatives, additional events, pricing, profit-mix,…) for wholesalers
Create opportunities cross functionally within the client e.g. logistic efficiency, credit management, marketing, sales force etc.
Identify opportunities and develop relationships with wholesalers not currently being serviced by the business
Provide regular sales performance reporting, forecasting and analysis
Who we are looking for:
University degree in Business, Marketing and related
5+ years in Sales and Account Management roles in FMCG, experience in Foodservice is considered a strong plus
Strong analytical, account management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Growth mindset, ability to see opportunities and take the initiative
Good numerical skills, fluency with numbers and data reading
Strong attention to detail, good analytical, organizational and time-management skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Proactive and dynamic approach, responsibility, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, high result-orientation
Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of SAP BW/BO and SAP TM is a strong plus
Readiness to travel
