National Recruitment Manager - Renewable Energy - Gc/Northern Rivers

THIS ROLE IS BASED IN OUR BYRON BAY HQ!
We are Smart Energy. Starting with just two blokes in a warehouse in Byron Bay, we have grown to have 18 National Sales offices and 2 International Offices including America and the vibrant UK, all within just seven years. We take great pride in our range of products, from solar panels to batteries to carbon-neutral energy, EV Chargers and virtual power plants, which have put us at the forefront of the industry.
We are looking for a Sales Recruitment Manager to join our in-house Talent Acquisition Team in our Byron Bay HQ. Our Talent Acquisition Consultants play an important role in getting the best new talent into our National Sales team, to continue our rapid growth. This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis working from our Byron Bay office.
Under the direction of the Co-Founders and Joint Managing Directors, you will:

• Manage and oversee the recruitment process across our 18 National Sales Offices
• Manage the three junior Sales Recruiters and their day to day tasks and responsibilities
• Work closely with the Sales Managers to understand the ideal candidates to fit their current sales team
• Manage our External Recruitment Advertising platforms such as Seek and Indeed - Including but not limited to; costs, employer branding, employee reviews and overall effectiveness of our job ads
• Write and post engaging job adverts, across a variety of Recruitment platforms to source new candidates. You will constantly seek to improve the reach of these communications
• Conduct phone interviews and arrange face to face interviews for successful candidates with the Sales Managers
• Collect interview feedback and assist new recruits in their new career at Smart Energy
• Use an ATS system (We use JobAdder)
• Generate weekly reports and offer weekly recruitment updates to Senior Management

About You:

⭐ 1+ years experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales or call centre would be ideal!
⭐ High energy, motivated and dynamic team player
