About the role
Due to their continuous growth and success a very rare and exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced National Sales Manager to take charge of their national flexibles sales team whilst managing some of the company's key existing accounts.
In this "hands on", dynamic and challenging role, and working closely with the Genaral Manager, you will be charged with:
- Enhancing & developing business from within existing accounts
- Strategically targeting new growth opportunities from new accounts located nationally
- Managing, coaching, mentoring and developing their small yet dynamic Flexibles sales team.
As the ideal candidate and to make the transitions as smooth as possible you must possess the following key attributes:
- Previous strategic sales experience ideally within the packaging industry would be ideal but is not essential
- The ability to build rapport with all people across all levels and backgrounds
- The ability to identify and develop profitable new business opportunities constantly from within existing customers
- The ability to strategically map the market to identify profitable new business opportunities
- The ability to coach, mentor and develop sales professionals
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and time management skills
