Therapy Collab is a small, person-centred organisation providing a range of therapies to NDIS participants of all ages and from all walks of life across the Perth Metropolitan area.
We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality support for our participants within the NDIS Quality standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting with office admin work, manage phone calls and do other tasks as directed
- Take new referrals and keep an up to date referral record.
- Formulate and send out service agreements and consent forms to participants.
- Create bookings on PRODA.
- Keep all HR documents and folders up to date.
- Provide support to the management team in all NDIS administrative and documentation tasks as required in a timely manner.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Assist in NDIS Compliance/audit processes and documentation.

About you
To join our team, you must have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of office administration
- Demonstrated knowledge of NDIS is preferable
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationship management skills, coupled with a strong desire and willingness to learn
- A passion for assisting others and building a strong and dedicated workforce
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft word, Excel and knowledge of communication software.

- Demonstrated experience in an Administrative Role and ability to always exercise discretion/confidentiality and sensitive information appropriately.

- A valid Driver’s license and reliable car
- NDIS worker Screening Check ( or willing to obtain )
- Police check
- Working with children check
- Current First Aid Training
- Current CPR Training
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate or immunization evidence
