My Supports is a well-established NDIS support provider founded and led by people with a disability. My Supports provides services to almost 2,000 clients across Australia.

The RoleOur model of service delivery hinges on the role of Neighbourhood Team Leaders, this role act as conduits that connect our clients to their local community, they oversee a team of locally based support workers and work closely with the client and their family’s to manage and develop the NDIS package to maximise support and community engagement.
Working 4 days a week, this role will be ideally based in Bunbury or surrounding suburbs and have knowledge of the local services and supports available and be able to network with providers, Allied health and community organisations.
Working from home and closely with the regional manager (Coach) this role will be responsible for managing a “Neighbourhood Team” of support workers and providing support coordination to clients funded under NDIS and a range of other sources. The duties of the NTL include but are not limited to client support, outreach, NDIS Coordination, quality and safeguarding, and management of support workers.

- Ability to work with individuals and families from strength-based culturally appropriate perspective.
- Experience or exposure to the disability support sector and/or the NDIS.
- Experience in managing support coordination and NDIS plans.
- Working collaboratively with others and have a strong network in the sector and the community.
- A good communicator, able to grow, coach and inspire a neighbourhood team.
- A good organizer, good administration skills, proficiency in IT, specifically Microsoft office.
- Demonstrated understanding of a person-centered approach.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team and independently with appropriate support.
- My Supports is a national company with operations in Western Australia, New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia, our small, shared services office is located in Perth (WA).
- This role is a community-based role in Bunbury WA with some working from home.
