The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, dynamic and organised individual to join our team, be the face of our organization and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
As the Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Opening and closing the clinic
- Managing patient bookings
- Fielding telephone calls
- Data entry
- Patient billing and receipting
- Daily banking reporting
- Sterilisation of instruments
- Merchandising
- Footwear sales & inventory management
- General cleaning duties
About You
You will thrive in a customer service environment and possess strong interpersonal skills. You handle high-pressure situations with grace, be organized and have a genuine desire to assist others.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft suite
- High level of computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with high attention to detail.
- Monday to Saturday availability Professional and well-presented image
- Team Player with a "can do" attitude.
- Previous retail experience, including footwear, will be treated favourably.
- Previous experience within the Allied Health reception and patient care would be an advantage.
