The Role:
An exciting opportunity is now available for an enthusiastic and confident individual to join our Doncaster Head Office team in the position of Networks and Infrastructure Support Officer.
To be successful in this position, you will have excellent customer service, communication and relationship building skills and will enjoy problem solving and working with technology. A qualification in IT will be viewed as highly advantageous.

  • Exceptional people & customer service skills
  • Monitor computer systems & networks
  • Must be experienced in VMware
  • Experience in windows server
  • Experience in networks, routing and VPN
  • SIP Telephony experience
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite & all modern Windows OS
  • IT qualification or experience advantageous
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple & competing prioritise
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Monitor computer systems & networks
  • Troubleshoot system & network problems
  • Diagnose & solve hardware & software faults
  • Follow diagrams & written instructions to repair faults & set up systems
  • Support the roll-out of new applications
  • Establish good working relationship with clients & other professionals, including software developers
  • Test & evaluate new technology
  • Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of server equipment & peripherals
  • Adaptable, positive & can-do attitude
