Play a critical role in determining key operational objectives within the limits of the appropriate delegated authority and be accountable for the quality, integrity and validity of the service provided.

Advise, inform and support senior management with coordinating the customer experience and project resources across regional project work sites, planned events and unplanned incidents within regional project boundaries

Minimise conflict and advocate a collaborative response to manage disruption impacts to ensure quick restoration of network capacity

Assess regional project proposals and work activities to ensure a customer-focused approach is applied and activities comply with legislation, guidelines and standards, including the application of best practice network management.

This is a fixed term full time role until 31 Jan 2026 and is based at Newcastle with flexible work practices. Candidates from regional or Sydney metro areas are encouraged to apply.
