We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Network Support Officer. In this role, you will provide essential user support to our Members and CCL staff, ensuring optimal functionality of our network systems. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and working within a dynamic team environment, we want to hear from you. This role would suit a recent graduate, or a student in their final semester of study.
Tasks & ResponsibilitiesService Desk:
- Monitor the incoming helpdesk queue and promptly respond to support tickets.
- Ensure all service requests are actioned within defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service requests, escalating where necessary.
- Manage moves, adds, and changes to user accounts and VoIP services.
Systems/Network Administration:
- Identify and escalate network and server issues, assisting with resolution.
- Perform assigned configuration changes to network infrastructure within change management protocols.
- Monitor and report on system performance issues, responding to alarms and alerts as required.
- Document ICT procedures and ensure system standards are observed.
Member Engagement:
- Maintain end-user documentation and communicate with Members as required.
- Provide reception cover and overflow calls when necessary.
Projects:
- Undertake project work as directed, working autonomously on project tasks.
- Assist with installation and upgrades to office IT equipment, network, and server hardware and software as required.
CCL Internal and NSW Bar Dispute Resolution Centre:
- Provide PC and software support to Company employees.
- Support the CCTV system, troubleshooting offline cameras, and retrieving footage as needed.
- Set up A/V and video conferencing equipment in meeting rooms.
- Provide end-user support to guests of the Centre and perform regular tasks such as managing printer supplies.
General:
- Enhance professional and technical skills through continuing professional development.
- Perform other duties as directed by the CIO from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, making this role suitable for recent graduates.
- Students in their final semester of study will also be considered.
Working Hours:
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, with 1 hour for lunch.
- Overtime as directed.
