This role is like you are running your own business. We require a strong, customer focused New Home Advisor to hit the ground running. Based in one of our beautifully presented Ballarat region display homes, you can show off our great design and our quality product to any customer that walks in the door.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: Understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable solutions;Managing high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets;Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations; andDeveloping and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers and local community providers.

The successful candidate will have: Residential sales is an advantage but experience within a face to face sales environment is essentialA professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities
Exceptional industry networking & customer service skills
You will have a great attitude and passion for the residential building industry and get excited to promote our great designs, products and services
Well developed organisational and client management capabilities; and
Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
This is a full-time role - and weekends are essential.
